The FBI was also allegedly able to verify through a search warrant served on Google that an account associated with Uberto was present inside the building that day. According to the FBI, Uberto can be seen walking through the Capitol's Small House Rotunda and the Hall of Columns before exiting the building in under 10 minutes.

Uberto pleaded Guilty to one charge: Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. The other charges are dismissed. Sentenced on 2/6/2023 to 10 Days Incarceration; Special Assessment of $10; Restitution of $500. Uberto received a full pardon on January 20, 2025
