Primary Documentation

Individual profiles link to the clemency grants, warrants, proclamations, court records, judgments, government releases, and other primary documents used to build the record whenever those materials are available.

Supporting Reporting

Reporting and other secondary sources are identified separately. They are used to add documented context, explain later developments, or point to records that are not readily accessible through a government source.

Source Availability

Source entries may include original links, archived copies, locally preserved government documents, retrieval dates, and availability status. The archive does not republish third-party journalism as its own.
