Case Summary
Raechel Genco was identified after her boyfriend, Ryan Stephen Samsel, was arrested for reportedly knocking down barricades that injured an officer. According to court documents, during the arrest of Samsel, police realized that the couple traveled to Washington, D.C., together. Photos show Genco in Washington with her boyfriend, according to the FBI. Genco was identified following Samsel as he walked toward the barricades guarded by law enforcement. Even though Samsel told the FBI that Genco did not pass any barriers, photos place her in the restricted parts of the Capitol, records say.
