Case Summary
Lilith Anton Saer, also known as Drakken Saer, is a computer programmer from Portland, Ore., according to LinkedIn. Several tipsters told the FBI they spotted Saer in open-source videos posted online a day before the U.S. Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, according to a statement of facts. The videos depict Saer with distinctive blue hair and facial piercings, wearing gloves emblazoned with a large “Q,” which the FBI claims to refer to the QAnon conspiracy theories. On Jan. 6, surveillance footage shows Saer entering the Senate wing of the U.S. Capitol at about 3 p.m. before walking through the Hall of Columns, according to the FBI. Saer was arrested on July 7, 2022, in Portland, Ore.

Sentenced on 4/4/2023 to 3 years of probation; 200 hours of community service; $500 restitution; and $10 special assessment. Saer received a full pardon on January 20, 2025
