Case Summary
It was "common knowledge" among Larry Stackhouse's co-workers that he attended the Jan. 6, 2021, pro-Trump rally in Washington, D.C., according to court documents. A tipster told the FBI that he had been reprimanded for putting up pro-Trump signs at work in the past and had called out of work on Jan. 5 and 6. He was later seen in security footage inside the U.S. Capitol during the riot.
Case History
Stackhouse pleaded Guilty to one charge: Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. The other charges are dismissed. Sentenced on 6/17/2022 to 36 months of Probation; 14 days intermittent confinement; 90 days home confinement; $10 special assessment; restitution of $500. Stackhouse received a full pardon on January 20, 2025
