Case Summary
Jennifer Ryan, a real estate broker, traveled on a private plane from Trinity Aviation in Denton, Texas, on Jan. 5, 2021, to attend the rally in Washington, D.C., according to court documents. On her personal Twitter page, she allegedly posted a picture of herself next to a broken window of the Capitol building with the following caption: “Window at The capital [sic]. And if the news doesn’t stop lying about us we’re going to come after their studios next…” “We are going to f***ing go in here. Life or death, it doesn’t matter. Here we go,” Ryan said during a livestream from her Facebook page, according to court documents, as she was approaching the stairs of the building. The video was later deleted, according to the FBI. "I do not feel a sense of shame or guilt from my heart from what I was doing. I thought I was following my President. I would like a pardon,” Ryan said after the incident in an interview with a local CBS affiliate.
