Case Summary
Federal prosecutors allege that Jennifer Horvath breached the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, along with her boyfriend Glenn Wes Lee Croy, who is also charged. On that day, Horvath was allegedly wearing a pro-Trump hat and sweatshirt. Horvath and Croy allegedly entered the Capitol twice during the riot and can be seen on video chanting "our house" while marching inside. In one video cited in court documents, Horvath placed a pro-Trump hat and a pair of sunglasses on a bust of Winston Churchill displayed inside the Capitol. Croy, who pleaded guilty, also told the FBI in an interview that he entered the building along with Horvath. Horvath was arrested on May 3, 2022.
