Original Case
Originally charged with Georgia RICO and solicitation of violation of oath. On October 24, 2023, she pleaded guilty in case 23SC190514 to one felony count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings, O.C.G.A. §16-10-20. First-offender disposition deferred adjudication and imposed five years' probation, $5,000 restitution, 100 hours' community service, apology and cooperation conditions. This is a guilty plea with deferred adjudication, not a trial verdict. Arizona separately dismissed her charges under an August 2024 cooperation agreement.
Clemency
Expressly named in Proclamation 10989. The proclamation grants a full, complete, and unconditional pardon to a broader class of U.S. citizens for covered 2020-election-related conduct; the named list is expressly non-exhaustive.
Trump Connection
Served as senior legal adviser to Trump and counsel to his reelection campaign; documented in her signed Colorado disciplinary stipulation.
