Case Summary
According to federal court records, the FBI identified cell phone numbers that had pinged towers near the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. They then used that information to identify one such number as belonging to Esvetlana Cramer, court records show. After identifying Cramer as a possible person inside the Capitol that day, law enforcement then allegedly identified her in surveillance footage from inside the building. She was allegedly there with Steven Boyd Barber, who is also charged. Cramer could allegedly be seen that day carrying a "Latinos For Trump" sign. In an interview with the FBI, Cramer admitted to entering the building, court records state.
Case History
Cramer pleaded Guilty to both charges. Sentenced on 5/15/2024 to 2 years of probation; $20 special assessment; $500 restitution; 60 hours of community service. Cramer received a full pardon on January 20, 2025
