Case Summary
Elizabeth Rose Williams was identified as a participant in the storming of the U.S. Capitol via multiple tipsters who submitted video and photographs to the FBI. She is named in a criminal complaint with her significant other, Bradley Bennett, with whom she is shown in multiple images inside the Capitol, in the Capitol Crypt and in the gallery of the Senate chamber. Bennett appears to be a follower of QAnon, a far-right conspiracy theory that claims pedophiles are running a global child sex-trafficking ring and plotting against former President Donald Trump.
Case History
Williams pleaded Guilty to one charge: Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. The other charges are dismissed. Sentenced on 1/16/2025 to 12 months Probation; $10 Special Assessment; Restitution of $500. Williams received a full pardon on January 20, 2025
