According to court documents, on Jan. 6, 2021, Donald Walker is seen on Metropolitan Police Department body-worn camera footage approaching a police line and bike rack barricades on the West Plaza of the U.S. Capitol. Police spray a chemical irritant at Walker - he retreats but eventually goes back to the bike rack and allegedly attempts to wrestle it from a police officer. He is sprayed with the chemical irritant again. Court documents say that Walker later entered the Capitol building via the Parliamentarian Door at approximately 2:54 p.m. He was arrested Mar. 25, 2024, in Jackson, Miss.
