Case Summary
According to the FBI, Danielle Doyle can be seen on surveillance video entering the Capitol through a broken window and walking around. Two witnesses came forward identifying Doyle as a former co-worker, according to court documents. The Oklahoma City Thunder NBA team confirmed to local media that Doyle was a former employee who worked as an account manager for the team until December of last year. “She’s not charged with damaging anything in the Capitol or causing harm to anyone…She’s a fabulous young lady passionate about politics,” said Irven Box, Doyle’s attorney, in an interview he gave to The Oklahoman. A judge set her bond at $10,000.
Case History
Doyle pleaded Guilty to one count: Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. The other charges were dismissed. Sentenced 10/1/2021 to 2 months Probation; a $3,000.00 Fine; $10 special assessment; and $500 restitution. Doyle received a full pardon on January 20, 2025
