Case Summary
Bradley Bokoski and his son Matthew, who is also charged, were inside the U.S. Capitol for just five minutes, court records indicate, but in that time, Matthew Bokoski took numerous photos and videos, including at least one that showed his father. In an interview in June of 2021, investigators say Bokoski confirmed that he went inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Surveillance cameras also allegedly captured Bokoski entering through the Senate parliamentarian's door. Bokoski was arrested in May of 2022.
Case History
Bokoski pleaded Guilty to one charge: Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building. The other charges are dismissed. Sentenced on 5/25/2023 to 36 months Probation; $10 Special Assessment; Restitution of $500; 150 hours of community service. Bokoski received a full pardon on January 20, 2025
